New features

Hi all, this update contains two new features requested on our Discord!

• The possibility to give players a bonus amount of chips upon paying their buy-in, for example if you want to reward players for being on time before the tournament starts
• In the settings you can now activate a second monitor; the tournament will be displayed on that second monitor without the controls. For example when you’re using a laptop with a second monitor, you no longer need to duplicate your screen, instead extend it and then you can edit the tournament while it’s being displayed on the monitor.

Fixes

• When removing a player from a tournament and later adding that same player again could cause incorrect changes to be applied to that player, this has been fixed. Thanks @Mohian for reporting this issue!
• Scrolling with the mouse wheel now happens at normal speeds in all screens.
• Updated to latest Unity LTS (6.3.2)
