Admin mode has arrived!

An often requested feature was to allow connected players to control the tournament, as a sort of admin per table for example, to register players leaving or re-buying.

In the setup of the tournament you can now choose an "Admin pincode". When a player connects to the tournament he can click-and-hold the title of the tournament for 5 seconds, then a dialog will appear to enter that code. If correct the controls appear for the tournament.

Almost everything of the running tournament can be changed, except for the time slider, that one is not available for connected admins.
