This updates fixes some issues that were reported on our Discord server.

• A client now tries to reconnect if a connection with a server is lost.
• Connection timeout threshold has been increased
• On Windows you can now swap the screen on which the HPTM is displayed (in case you have multiple monitors). Find the swap button in the settings
• Some small visual details have been fixed.
