We're going to have our yearly new year's poker event soon and I noticed while setting up the buyins etc that I couldn't enter decimal numbers in any correct way. It was mostly due to my region, where the decimal separator is a comma and not a dot. I noticed that on Android I could not enter a decimal number since the keyboard only let me type numbers, a dot or a minus.

So that's the most important fix in this version, there's also a fix for a very rare exception that could happen.

I also added better tab navigation in the level editing window.

And lastly I made an automated build procedure. That's mostly good news for me: my build time went from 20min to 2min (both Android and Win64). Plus I'm not running any risk anymore of forgetting any step along the way.
